With over 25 years of specialized experience in probate, trust administration, fiduciary accounting, and estate and gift tax, Kelly Mohr is a seasoned legal professional known for her precision, empathy, and excellence in client service. As a Senior Paralegal and Trust & Estate Administrator, Kelly has supported top-tier law firms across California, including Loeb & Loeb LLP, Sideman & Bancroft LLP, and Carr McClellan P.C., delivering high-level expertise in estate planning and asset distribution.

Her work spans the full lifecycle of estate administration, from tax planning and trust funding to beneficiary coordination and complex court filings. As an IRS Enrolled Agent and Notary Public, Kelly brings additional breadth to her practice, including tax return preparation and fiduciary accounting for individuals and estates. Her leadership experience includes mentoring junior professionals and training associate attorneys, underscoring her commitment to fostering excellence in legal practice.

Kelly holds a BA in Liberal Studies from California State University, East Bay and earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Francisco. She remains active in the legal community through her membership with the San Mateo County Bar Association.
