Biography

Janelle’s practice covers estate planning, probate and trust administration, and conservatorships.

She counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries in all stages of probate and trust administrations. Her estate planning practice involves revocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney and advance health care directives. She also assists clients in establishing conservatorships for individuals who have lost capacity or have a developmental disability and counsels conservators regarding their ongoing fiduciary duties and requirements under California law.

Janelle is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She has practiced exclusively in the area of Trusts and Estates for over 10 years. While completing her law degree at University of San Francisco School of Law, she served as Articles Editor for the U.S.F. Law Review. Janelle was an associate attorney with firms in Millbrae, San Mateo, and Palo Alto, California before joining Dugoni & Lee, APC.
